At Virtual Office Link, we base our rates on your project needs.  Depending on the project we will determine whether to assess an hourly or project rate, as cost-saving is our main goal.  Our payment plan can be structured as a Pay as you go plan. 

Payment Policy:

A signed Business Agreement and a 50% deposit is required before the commencement of any project and full payment must be made before final delivery.  Should a project be delivered by mail, all postage charges will be billed to the customer and must be paid prior to postage.

Please note rush jobs will be subjected to an additional cost.
